The workmen on site are generally decent, sadly the only positive I can say about the management and office staff is that they are very efficient at invoicing and collecting money! Full stop! Could easily have been a good experience, it wasn't.
Update - I received an email giving me the 'opportunity to amend or remove my review'. The wording implied I wouldn't like their response if I didn't. Having now got my 'or else' response I find it ironic that they have accused me of dishonesty. Recently have had orchard fit bifold doors in our new build house, Steve and his team where great, turned up when they said they where going to and got the job done to a great standard, with the added bonus of keeping the area tidy and cleaning up after themselves! i would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Orchard have just replaced my doors and windows. The office staff were highly efficient, informative and friendly; the fitters were highly professional, respectful and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the products installed. At the end of each day the fitters cleared the site of debris. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Orchard to anyone considering replacing their doors and windows.

Having decided to have an extension to the rear of our house, we selected Orchard (Stamford) for our building project which also included a fully fitted kitchen and new windows. The decision was not based on cost alone but also on the attitude and approach when they first visited our home, the whole team arrived. It was obviously clear that they understood what we required through their attention to detail. From the start of the contract we felt confident that we made the right decision.
