Excellent from start to finish. If you want a bespoke rug, this is the place to buy. Hundreds of shapes, patterns, colours to choose from, colour samples on request and made to any size you like.

We designed this rug to accompany a set of stained glass doors in our new home, a converted chapel in Wales.
Rug Couture was with us from start to finish. Excellent customer service and really great at communicating. Worked with us to select the colours for the project by supplying samples of the chosen wool type. Kept us informed every step of the way.
Really can't fault Rug Couture. Top class company, top class product.

Bitterly disappointed with expensive carpet. Edging leaves much to be desired, white lining of black carpet showing in parts. Shocked by poor service, carpets just left in passage outside front door. Carpet affected by crate packing.

One word for it. Amazing. They make real carpets and their ideas are amazing. There website is so organised and makes it easy for everyone to use. They deliver at the right time with free delivery. They even give samples and allow you to experiment with different rugs. This is the right company to go to if your looking for a better look in your home
