Completely incompetent company, failed to fit my LVT to the manufacturer guidelines which has left me with a floor where the ends of nearly every board rises! The floor was not rolled and the boards were not acclimatised which the manufacturer says should be done to ensure the boards do not expand like they have. The owner Pete has an answer for everything and lies consistently to get out of doing the job properly. We had a few initial 'hiccups' including him pouring floor levelling compound which is similar to cement into the next door neighbour's garden and then insisting it was only 'a bit of

Everyone that I have met from Caine flooring has been polite and professional. I was a bit of a difficult customer, I chose my floor had it put down and then changed my mind about the colour of the strips in between the laminate floor boards. Caine flooring were understanding and helpful about my change of heart and agreed to replace the coloured strips. They did all they could to ensure that I was happy with my floor. I would unconditionally recommend this company. They are true professionals - we are delighted with the advice we received, the carpets, the fitting and the beautifully cleaned rooms. Peter also came and advised us on our hall and kitchen options and fitted us a top quality vinyl with which we are thrilled. The price was excellent and we feel we have a top quality job for a very reasonable outlay. Looking forward to their return in the new year to recarpet our lounge/dining room.
