Paul and all the Team at Guest Carpets are fantastic. From the initial visit and consultation they offered us great advice on carpet selection and went above and beyond when our original carpet was impacted by Covid and there was no stock. A special mention is also needed for Phil the fitter who was professional and super clean from start to finish.
We have no hesitation in recommending Guest Carpets, in fact we already have to a number of our neighbours!

Helpful and knowledgable advice from Paul about suitable carpets that suited exactly what I was looking for. Very responsive and was kept informed about stock (at a challenging time) and delivery. Fitting was arranged very efficiently and the carpet was fitted to an excellent standard.

Having been let down by another company, Paul went out of his way to help me to choose another carpet to fit my needs. He also managed to arrange a fitting quickly for us.
Our job was quite challenging because we needed a spiral staircase carpetting.
Phil came to fit our carpet and has done a lovely job.

Went here to have a look at the carpets as I'm gonna need to get my flat carpeted throughout. I think it was the owner that I spoke to and he was pleasant. After discussions it was good to know any of the flooring chosen includes the underlay, also fitting and a it's a bonus that they come n measure up free of charge and issue quotes out to you. I look forward to see what price deals they can offer

Paul was great from day one, he worked hard to get the carpet I wanted as had a specific style in mind and came in at a good price too. Fast forward 3 months and the carpet was looking old and worn, not at all Guest carpets fault but a manufacturers issue (due to my vaccuum). Paul made sure I had a replacement carpet from them with no charge and although it took some negotiating he never gave up. I have my new carpet now and couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Not all transactions go to plan but buying from the right company means if something goes wrong you know they have your best interest

A fantastic company to work with to get flooring down in my house, really affordable and great quality, but mostly, really easy and convenient to use. They let you pick the day, and they have little flexibility, and if you're busy work all day, they do all the work of finding the right flooring for your price range for you.

I came in here to have a browse through the selection of carpets they have. I was not desperately seeking a new carpet but sometimes I like to have a look round interior design shops and such to see if anything inspires me or takes my fancy. They also specialise in other types of flooring such as vinyl and laminates. They have a nice selection of rugs too, some of which were very tempting! It was quite quiet when I went in and there were not much staff, although the man I did see was very polite and professional and did ask me if I needed any assistance.
