I popped in to arrange for someone to come out and give me a quote for my hallway. I needed them to come and take a look as i have old tiles down and wanted LVT and I wasn't sure what was and wasn't possible. The guy who came out was very friendly and polite and said it would be possible even when problem areas were pointed out. He said I would get a quote in the next few days. I left it longer than that, but when I still hadn't had a quote I phoned. I was told they had been busy and were a bit behind with quotes but I would get it in a few days. I never got a quote.
