Chris is a great guy! I have had a smell coming from my downstairs toilet for quite some time. Chris was able to pinpoint this to an issue located behind my toilet - a dead furry creature that has since caused me to have nightmares! Chris and a plumber resolved this issue for me in a very professional and calm manner and I am so grateful to have a sweet smelling house again. No hidden costs. Thank you

Non emergency call for blocked drains responded to very quickly at a time that suited me and at a fixed price. I feel that he went above and beyond the level of service normally received from some of the national firms that I avoided for that reason.
