The Practice was founded in 1986 with the goal of becoming the best Independent Monitoring Surveying practice in the UK. Today Westminster Consultants is trusted by many of the country's leading banks and funding institutions to advise on their property development and investment lending portfolios.
Since the founding of Westminster Consultants in 1986, we have been developing the role of the monitoring surveyor; a role which is constantly evolving and changing. Westminster Consultants' project monitoring service is specifically designed to meet the most demanding requirements of funders and investors in property.

Factory No.1 is a residential development located at the gateway to Bedminster, Bristol. On the historic site of the former first tobacco factory of W.D and H.O Wills, developer City & Country is building a total of 271 new homes (99 conversion and 172 new build). Construction of Phase 1 (Consort House, Regent House and Tobacco Store) is due for completion in late 2020.
