Our first time fixed rate is 95%, ensuring your home stays warm. All our Homeowner plans include annual boiler service. We will carry out annual boiler service to ensure your boiler is operating safely. All our landlord plans include Annual Gas Safety Check (CP12). It is a legal requirement for a landlord to get this done to ensure all the appliances are operating safely.

Replacing lead, steel or iron pipes, rusting, corrosion, general wear and tear and/or gradual deterioration. After you have purchased your plan, we may send one of Ambby Homeplan engineer to carry out boiler health check. Our engineer will ensure that the boiler is operating safely and it meets your plan requirements.
Services
Checking the flue and ventilation are in accordance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations. If your boiler is 7 years old or less at the initial policy start date and 10 years old or less at renewal, we will pay a contribution of 350 towards the boiler replacement.
If you choose to pay 60 excess, then you will be charged 60 excess each time you make a new claim. Excess only applies to initial callout, not to additional visits. If your boiler is more than 7 years old, your monthly instalments will increase by 1.99. 12 months contract. Repair or replacement of the boiler, should our engineer determines that the boiler is beyond economical repair or replacement parts are not available.
