Tim (engineer) is great, been twice, once to service boiler and the other to assess a fault. Staff at office have let me down, called to book me in for the repair gave me an appointment for the following month. We had been having to top the boiler pressure up 3 times a day for quite some time anyway. Comes to the day and they don't turn up after ringing I was told that they were waiting for me to confirm (which I had done the previous month). Told the engineer was booked and couldn't get to me until the following Friday, after pushing it was the following Monday. Guy turned up (not Tim) clearly

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Clever Energy have now not turned up for four appointments booked with them to carry out service & maintenence work to boilers at my home & business. No phone call, no explanation & no apology, they just don't show up which is so rude & unprofessional. We will not use them again & would definitely not recommend them!

Very bad, trying to sell me the worst boiler in the market. If pay full they can give me any boiler I want, however, I was getting government grant so they were trying to sell me cheapest boiler with grant and pay £1300 more. Ridiculous
Basically, they were trying to cheat me and make me pay for the boiler and they have the government grant too. Very unprofessional.
I recommend to stay away from this company at any cost!!!!

I dealt with Nick Hume from Cleve Energy Boilers, when i needed a new boiler. I was on Universal credit and my boiler broke. I contacted a range of companies that help people in my situation, and found Clever Energy to be far more professional and understanding to my needs than the competition. Nick helped me secure funding for my boiler, that i wouldn't have been able to achieve without his help. I am truly thankful to Nick and the team, for their help and dedication, i am now in possession on a wonderful new boiler, that i can afford!

Had a boiler installed this year and 4wks later it started overheating so I had to switch it off . Had a visit from Ideal engineer and they said there was also contamination in the water in the system . There shouldn't have been as Clever Energy Boilers said they'd done a power flush and fitted a filter . CEB engineer came and said there was a leak in the system that was dripping onto a valve in the airing cupboard, which was stopping the thermostat from cutting off . They offered to fix it at an extra cost(approx £200) . 3months later we're still without hot water and heating, their after sales
