Amazing place. I phoned this place as my Dyson DC07 kept on stopping a chap came out picked it up. Got a phone call telling me what the problem was. Engineer was polite and friendly, explained everything he was doing. Showed me the faulty part, this company will be in my contacts in case I have further need.
Slight issue after engineer left, the machine door won’t unlock. Will contact company for assistance

One of the most useful place for all your appliance needs, very knowledgeable. This Point Break is Brendan lives at 41 Ragoon Rd.
He is a liar, it didn't take 2days for the Engineer to repair the door. It's was done on the same day. His Integrated dishwasher was repaired because he pulled the handle and the wooden panel off. Any repair is guaranteed for 3 months. The thick idiot broke the handle after 6 months because the grime that built up round the glass bowl wouldn't allow the door to open thus breaking the handle. The thick idiot was warned, but because his thick he decided to become aggressive

This company is the cheapest around. If you are 1.5 miles radius from them. It's free call put otherwise it's £35 for them to come out and diagnose the fault + parts. How they can be thieves?. It must be that Point Break is broken.

About 5 months ago this company sent out representative to fix my door handle on washing machine , he seemed to do this after a couple of days the handle became stiff any way we struggled to open this on many occasions . Finally it broke when we got out another company to come out he showed me that the guy still used the broken handle but bodged it up with wire the part to buy was only 7 pounds !!!! but that still didn't stop him charging me a fortune for a bodge job. I did ring the company before I got the proper company out to fix it firstly they said the description of the guy was not a representive

Definitely recommend this repair company repaired hotpoint dryer no problem. Snapped belt was the issue. Advise was given of the possible causes and was told not to overload dryer....oooops fast, professionable and reliable.

Our built-in Oven packed up on Sunday, it would not heat up, I managed to find this Company on Google, amazing, I just called them from my phone, Monday an Engineer came out at 11am, he told us what the fault was and told us how much it cost, the Engineer returned in the afternoon with the part, fitted it and the Oven worked, I think this company is Amazing, as I could not get anybody out on the same day. Thank You Domestic Appliance Repair Centre.
