I was booked for call out today took time off from work for engineer to call out, plus was told I have to pay a call out fee £140 which is high but was happy too. Then I got a call this morning saying we can’t come out today I said to the advisor on call I had to take day off from work and you tell me on spot then he didn’t know what to say then said we can book you in tomorrow I said what’s the guarantee he said went silent very disappointed with service won’t recommend them to know one.
