Established in 2010 and with more than 30 years' experience, we are a local family-run business operating in Kent and South London, specialising in boiler installation, repair and service for domestic and commercial customers. Samsian Ltd has advertised in our village magazines for many years but I have not needed to use their services before. A friend had used them and spoke very highly of their speedy care when his central heating broke down in winter. Our central heating programmer was clearly not functioning properly so I rang Danny Tickner.
Unfortunately, over time sludge can build up, leading to blockages in the pipework and build up in the radiators, as a result this can make the boiler and pump work harder than they need to. If there is a sludge problem in your central heating system, the boiler and radiators can start to sound like a kettle boiling ('kettling').

Danny Samsian visited us at our request to check our boiler on 13/ 12/21. He is a pleasant young man who listened carefully to our concerns with the heating system and the thermostat. He completed a thorough investigation and serviced the boiler and assured us that the system is working well and highly recommend him to any one for similar work.

My wife and I left our house whilst on holiday for Samsian Ltd to supply and fit a new boiler which required to be repositioned in the loft space. The estimate stated that it should take approximately 3 days and on the third day we received a call stating the work was completed and all working.
On returning home, it was as though nobody had been in the home and all working well. To leave ones home open and available to trade in this day and time is quiet an ordeal to overcome especially when you are in the senior years. Our report is TRUE PROFESSIONALISM and thank you for a job well done.

Although clearly busy, Danny fitted me in for a boiler service and made no fuss of it (unlike the familiar inhalations and tuts of many plumbers). The engineer was swift, polite, and the job was done exactly as it should be. Professionally, with clarity, and with no drama. They are my go to from now on. Highly recommend
