Kent Domestic Burners was established in 1977 and is based in Edenbridge, Kent. We have since grown into one of the major boiler service companies in the South East, which we have achieved through continued recommendations from our customers, which is testament to the quality of our service, our thoroughness and efficiency.
It is your duty to provide your tenant with an annual Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate, which provides a safety inspection on each appliance you own. Any appliances fitted and owned by the tenant are exempt. This certificate can only be issued by a GAS SAFE (formerly CORGI) registered engineer and must be done on any gas appliance over 1 year old.
