Whether you are a large woodland owner or have a small tree in a small garden, Pentland Tree Services. We are a very active business, working throughout Edinburgh since 2004 and have built an enviable reputation for skilled detailed attention to all aspects of tree care, conservation and cultivation.
We are comprehensively equipped to deal with all types of woodland management including planned and licensed coppicing and high-forest felling together with harvesting in appropriate season. The design of environmentally sound and productive planting of new woodlands and the regeneration of neglected sites.
Round timber for rustic construction and rare hardwoods for carpenters and wood turners can also be supplied. We can help with your timber requirements and have trekker-saw facilities to produce sawn hard-woods from your trees. We can also supply fresh woodchip suitable for equestrian, horticultural and path surfacing purposes.
Pentland Tree Services has many calls upon its dismantling of trees in large or small confined spaces or where access is poor or difficult. The removal of dead and dangerous trees in confined spaces and over obstructions and buildings is an exacting and specialised task. The calls for special techniques for removing canopies and stem sections by rope and lowering to the ground for disposal.

I have just started up a joinery business. With the pandemic alot of places didn't have the stock I needed for fencing material or decking.
