The company did their bit but I had a massive issue when the boiler was fitted that it left me with a power cut from 4am till 9pm. My home insurance company had to be phoned. Nothing to do with saviour energy but the people they employed to do my boiler did not do the wiring properly. Saviour Solutions have people who do not pick up their phones when your in need they have a pathetic answer machine system where nobody calls you back.
They only have one exceptional worker who deals with others and had a massive heart his name is Gisberti he is the only one in the whole company that you can rely

This is one of the biggest fraud company I have ever dealt with. Last 4 and half months they continue delay my External wall insulation work but never started the work. 9 different occasions they gave me date to start work but never turned up to work. My voucher are getting expired end of this month because of their negligence. They never reply any of my Emails.
As I'm taking some legal action against this fraud company so any of you have suffered losses because of this fraud company you can do so.

Very bad communication my wall insulation voucher almost expire but the are now total not paicking up my call..
Everyday i call the lady but when she realise it me she cut the call.

DO NOT USE SAVIOUR ENERGY SOLUTIONS FOR ANY WORK TO YOUR HOME. The worst company I have ever come across, the total lack of communication at every stage, the incompetencies of their work force are shameful. I came across Saviour Energy Solutions by chance whilst searching for a company locally that could work on behalf of the governments ECO3 scheme. The only person that I came across during the whole process which started towards the end of June 2021 that was extremely helpful throughout was the Surveyor (Mr Gohar)that works on behalf of Saviour Energy Solutions but not for Saviour Energy Solutions

We used Saviour Energy Solutions for wall insulation to our property and are very happy with the end result. The workers were very professional and worked to a very high standard. Gohar was extremely co-operative and understanding. My husband and I are both satisfied with the end result and are very glad we used Saviour Energy Solutions to carry it out. We would highly recommend them to others.

I have applied via the green home grant to get some work done by them. Once I have received the voucher, I have been trying to get in touch with them to start the work. No one answers their calls or e-mail. I have been trying to contact them for over a week and got no response. They encouraged me to apply for the grant. Now I have it, they just don't seem to want to do the work. I would update my review, if they bother contacting me to get started on the work.
