The guys from Ace Appliances came out to try and repair my broken fridge freezer very quickly. The fridge was beyond repair.
They kindly lent me a fridge freezer while they ordered a new one. Then they quickly came round and installed a complicated integrated replacement. Would highly recommend for any appliance repair/replacement job. He is always keen to learn and has progressed a great deal during his time with the company.
It is no overstatement to say that he passed with flying colours; finishing top of the class with a score of 97%! His great attitude, chirpy nature and hard work have led to him becoming a highly valued member of the Ace team. Plumbing and Heating engineer Luke has completed the Baxi training course.

Greg and colleagues were very helpful answering my queries re a broken washing machine, gave me a quote for supply and fit of the replacement part and actually could do the job much faster than I expected - with a broken washing machine and 3 young children it was a great relief. I would recommend them.

Called out to repair the dishwasher. Cleaned the pump but as soon as they left the dishwasher still wasn't working. Came a further 2 times and finally repaired the lock which was the problem. Only charged for the initial call out fee and the part that needed to be replaced and labour. Always in contact while part was being ordered. Dealt with both Greg and Jaden and they are extremely professional and good value for money. Would definately use this company again.

Same day appointment for freezer repair. The gentleman who attended was courteous, friendly and efficient. He was wearing a mask. Very professional and fixed the problem quickly and without fuss. Saved a freezer full of food. Siemens’ earliest date to come out would have been 6 days later. I will turn to Ace for all repairs from now on. Happy to recommend.

Called Ace Appliance Centre after another local firm let me down badly and Ace were absolutely excellent. Greg came out immediately and attempted to fix what was a very difficult problem. Got the cooker working and then came back to adjust something else that I had noticed. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

Luke came to instal my new dual fuel cooker. It wasn't a straight forward job but nothing was too much of a problem. He was polite, friendly and very professional. He even took away the packaging from the cooker and tidied up. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Ace Appliances.

RICHMOND, UK: I regret to leave this -10 STAR review, however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that this repair company provided. I called on them to repair a faulty heat sensor and was up sold an entire heat pump which cost 203.90 on 29.11.19. Days later the dishwasher presented the same heat sensor error code and ultimately the dishwasher began tripping our ENTIRE electrical system. I contacted the company over 10x. They eventually sent a technician to check their work, however, he stopped in to "re-calibrate" and then took off leaving us with the continued issue. I was then told

Ace Appliances came to our rescue when, right at the start of lockdown, our fridge stopped working! An engineer was sent to us within a couple of hours of me calling and the problem was diagnosed. Due to delays in parts being delivered, Ace provided us with a loan fridge so we didn’t have to manage without. The part arrived, the fridge was fixed and all was done in a professional manner, observing social distancing guidelines. Thank you Ace!

Greg and his team were amazing from the get go. I got Greg's number from the "Next Door App" and he was highly recommended on there. The first telephone conversation was reassuring and Greg booked me in first thing in the morning. When his guy arrived he was professional and pinpointed the problem with my washing machine with ease. I know I paid a little more than I should but to get my washing machine fixed in a few days was worth every penny. Will be recommending Ace to anyone with troubles and I hope (I don't 😉) deal with you in the future.
