Highly, highly recommend. I contacted PCH when our boiler stopped working during a particularly cold week, and George responded right away. He came out to take a look and provide an estimate that same day, and after we concluded that the boiler needed to be replaced, he worked until quite late to make sure we could get a new boiler by the next day. He installed it efficiently, left the house cleaner than he found it, and aside from the quality work he is simply a very nice guy!
On cost, I received a few estimates from others and they were all similar, so I feel confident that the price was reasonable

I had a pleasure to have received a superb service from George (Maher Jabrouti). He was extremely knowledgeable and was good with the wide ranging advise and honesty. George was very professional and lovely. HE explained what needed to be done and how it will be done. He shared the knowledge with me and thought me some important things that people need to know when having a boiler. I think the service was 5/5 and it was a good value for money. The gentleman spent 10 minutes on the phone with me and helped me do some troubleshooting on the bolier. It worked! The hot water came back 👍 Great people and didnt even charge me a penny. Highly recommended 👌

Our ageing boiler had stopped working altogether during the weekend.We contacted George who kindly came over on Sunday evening and diagnosed the problem, advising that it made more economic sense to replace the whole unit rather than one faulty part as other parts would start to fail too.He only charged half the normal call-out fee and came the next day to fit a replacement boiler.He did a brilliant, neat and thorough job and took time to explain every aspect of the process.I can only echo the other comments here by saying we couldn't recommend him more highly.We feel fortunate to have met him

Called late at night due to a boiler issue. They were very helpful, they tried to help me resolve it over the phone, and, after looking at pictures I sent them, they explained the issue to me. No need for a call out in the end. It was very good of them to spend time helping me, despite there being no payment in it for them. Seems like a really good business - I would definitely call them again next time I have a boiler issue.

George responded very quickly to my request for a new boiler installation and was able to arrange it the same week. He carried out the work neatly, professionally and quietly all in the same day, explaining everything I needed to know. He clearly cares about ensuring every detail is correct. George has previously also repaired a boiler for me. I can highly recommend him for repairs and installations.
