I can only praise Avon Boiler Care. They came out to mend my mother's boiler within 2 hours of my call, as Bosch (her original servicers) were expecting her to wait a week without hot water or any heating before they could come and fix it. It was an emergency call out and they pulled an engineer off another job. It took less than an hour to diagnose and fix, and we really liked attitude of the engineer. We will be using Avon for the next boiler service, as will several of my friends. Thank you!

Avon Boiler Care are unprofessional and incompetent. Concerns raised regarding the work carried out on the boiler have not been addressed and the guarantee is worthless. I have never experienced such bad customer service and would not recommend you use this company. The attitude of the service people was both rude and unhelpful. An elderly lady has been left without hot water for several months. 0 Stars
