I got the key stuck in the lock this evening, called Kevin and he was literally here within 5 minutes! He sorted it for us on the spot - a pin had collapsed in the cylinder which was quite old so he fitted a new cylinder super quickly and for a very reasonable price. We have 5 shiny new keys too! Thanks so much, highly recommend!!
