Very unimpressed by Plumbtastic. It took a very long time (6 weeks) to fit and tile a 2x1.5 meter bathroom. The plumber Craig didnt arrive until half ten most days and spent a lot of time smoking in his van. The finish wasnt great.
We were waiting until they came back to finish fixing in the sink to get these resolved but they never came.
I’ve added a few pictures of some of the poorly finished bits.
The bill went up around £2000. About £1000 was fair due to extra work, the rest was excessive (9 hours charged to plumb in a toilet…).
We paid £1000 over the estimate, and attempted to have

Very disappointed with the service we recieved- we had a wet room fitted.
There was poor communication all along, the job was very delayed. The job went way over the estimate without any update on prices until way after completion.
Attention to detail was poor- a new window label has been siliconed in, and the tiling edging doesn't meet up.
Wouldn't recommend.

Last week Plumbtastic Plumbing went above and beyond for me, and today I got the bill and it's ridiculously good. Keith and his team are just wonderful to deal with all around, service with a smile and they never hesistate to do whatever they can. I've had a few of the guys through the door, each one as lovely and knowledgeable and helpful as the last (we needed an emergency new boiler and they have sorted our utility for us) I have had to deal with a lot of trades people, most giving me anxiety! but not Plumbtastic, I can't recommend them enough and am looking forward to dealing with them again
