I am a time served Plumbing & Heating engineer based in Penzance Cornwall, I pride myself on quality of work and customer satisfaction. As well as being Gas safe registered I am also a Worcester accredited installer. I can provide Landlord safety certificates, boiler services, system flushes, boiler installs, full heating systems and bathroom refit from design to completion. Unvented hot water cylinders I am a gas safe registered engineer, with plumbing nvq level 3 and qualified to install unvented hot water cylinders.After spending many years in the trade have picked up skills in other trades as well to help me get the job done.

David was exceptionally well organised, tidy and competent.
The full renovation of our shower room was completed on time, within budget and the finish was excellent. I always worry that having trades in the house will be disruptive and the end result won’t meet high expectations, but I can say with confidence that David’s workmanship was exemplary. When some issues arose, David was round immediately to fix. I will not hesitate to use David again for the next project.

David did a great job. He was reliable and responsive. We had to find someone to trust to refit our bathroom as we could not be on site. David took care of all aspects including the tiling and flooring. We were relly pleased with the work and how easy David was to deal with.

David installed a new gas boiler, replaced radiators and installed a new gas feed back to a new meter cupboard / gas main.
The work was of a high standard, David worked in a COVID-secure way and the installation scope meant that the oil boiler was decommissioned in the morning and the new gas boiler was up and running in the evening, leaving minimum disruption.
I would not hesitate to recommend David Tonkin Plumbing.
