My mum (83) accidentally put closed an external latch on the garage not knowing what it was. Of course the door no longer opened. She called out first garages and was charged £90 for the guy to undo the latch which took 5 seconds. I was disgusted. My mum is vulnerable and forgetful. This was extortionate for a call out charge and made me very angry. When in rung the guy up he was incredibly arrogant. When I said I would take it further he said '' bring it on!".
