ABi was established in 1989 by the legendary garage door veteran Steve Pierce, who has over 40 years of experience in the garage door and construction industry. ABi Garage Doors is a successful independent garage door business based in Yorkshire and operating throughout the north of England. We specialise in the supply, installation and repair of garage doors, entrance doors and garage door automation technology.
Sectional garage doors are secure, offer great levels of insulation, can be fitted in-between or behind the opening and have a huge range of designs, colours and finishes to choose from. Sectional garage doors have been around a surprisingly long time but they only started to gain popularity in the UK in recent years.
Roller garage doors are neat, tidy and are great if you want to save space in your garage, offer levels of insulation with a huge range of colours to choose from. Traditionally the mainstay of warehouse and fire station entrances, vertically rolling doors have become incredibly popular as domestic products in the last few years.
Side sliding garage doors as the name suggests slide around the corner of your garage, insulated, secure and beautiful designs to choose from, makes it a perfect choice for your garage. Side sliding or 'round the corner' garage doors are suspended from a top track and, as their name suggests, slide open along an internal garage wall.

After 15 years a re-programming of the door motor was necessary. Expensive if I called out the original company, but free if I used the step by step instructions from this company. I downloaded the necessary points I needed, and now my garage door works fine. I'm truly grateful to this company for storing the instructions for my garage door motor.

I have been living in my property for a year. It came with an old garage with a door that broke recently. I managed to close it temporarily but I needed urgently someone to repair it so I could close it properly. It was a matter of time before it got broken into, (considering the way I left it)! I found this company online, after having read the really good reviews. The person on the phone was really helpful and friendly. They passed me on to the repair team. I sent some photos and they gave me a really reasonable quote. The problem was that they never followed through. I asked them a few times

The installation date was arranged well in advance and the fitters called in advance of arrival to check everything was okay. Installation was carried out efficiently and without fuss, with a good briefing on how the door works. The door itself is excellent quality and the price point was very competitive for such a quality product.

Excellent service from initial contact and survey through to installation. All staff were friendly and helpful. The quality of the garage door is superb. The fitters worked to a very high standard - the finish was excellent. All waste was taken away and there was a follow up email to ensure I was satisfied with the work.

I would recommend this company as we are really pleased with the results. We had the roller door + side door fitted on our garage. There was a delay in the doors arriving, due to covid etc, but I was kept up to date with progress. The fitters arrived on time, they were good workers who explained how our electric roller door worked,they made sure we fully understood everything. Everything was left finished + no mess made. From start to finish, the fitting of our lovely new garage door has been professional. The office staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with and the initial consultation and installation team were very efficient and did an excellent job of leaving us clean and tidy.
