AVOID!!! Nightmare estate agents/ landlord, they have certain rules for some tenants and other rules and regulations for others. Getting bond back off them, hard, as they say they need to deep clean and carpet clean whole house after every tenant leaves and take it out of your bond. The consultants at WBW are arrogant bullies. AVOID WBW AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL FIND OUT IT WORST DECISION YOU EVERY MADE!!! Take this seriously as not lying, tried to destroy my and my daughter lifes, during lockdown, even though monthly rent was paid a day in advance every month
