After establishing a thriving business in Shore Street, they moved to their present custom built studio and warehouse in 2004. Dave has built up a great reputation in the tile business.

Great customer service. Friendly, helpful and really patient. I feel really valued as a customer; went in (twice) with no real idea what I was looking for, and spent forever umming and ahhing, I was listened to and nothing was too much trouble (they must have gone back and forth for samples from the storeroom 100 times🤦♀️). Very happy customer would DEFINITELY recommend - and they have a fab range too 😍

Totally unhelpful....women too busy talking to each other and pass you on to the old guy there. He moans about not being sure if he can get the tiles because he's not seen the reps. I also think he's colour blind because he certainly can't match tiles to any colour samples I took in. That place must be loosing thousands of pounds due to shoddy customer service. The shop looks old and shabby...the lighting is appalling and doesn't show off the tiles to their best,. There areno decent displays and it needs a complete over haul and the staff need training and a kick up the back side. I've been in
