I was very disappointed with Applewood service, I had to wait over three weeks for a site survey and then when I went to the site for the arranged meeting, no one turned up. I rang 4 times and no update could be given on when the person would arrive. Finally they said they had received a whatsapp message and he would be another at least another 1.5 hours and did I wish to wait. I had other meetings already scheduled so cold not wait for three hours. I was offered another appointment for nearly a month later even though they had not turned up initially. I cannot comment on their work only their

He came back with plans and a price, after a little bit of tweaking we knew it was going to be right.
The install team were fantastic and helpful and on time.

I am delighted with the beautiful oak door Applewood Joinery made for me. The door was exactly to my specifications and looks amazing. Jason and Jack removed my old door and fitted the frame and new door very efficiently. They had to work in very bad weather but left everything spotless, inside and out, going above and beyond what I expected. The whole job was carried out with care and impressive attention to detail.
