The experience with Ian and his workmen has been utterly disgraceful. Having been lied to, screamed and shouted at, kept waiting months after parting with a large deposit. And let down disgracefully. I have have had no option but to call it quits after 6 months with the 5 windows he actually managed to install, and go elsewhere for the rest. His word means nothing, he doesn’t do what he says he’s going to do, and he has no respect for his customers, unless they live in a mansion and he can boast about working there! If you are an average person that works hard for your money, spend it somewhere
