Would not recommend. Happy with new boiler installation although engineer did not turn up the day promised and then part of the system was faulty. Due to come back next day with new part. Took another day off work for this and job was forgotten. No issues once fully installed. Had one year service. Engineer due 12-5. Took day off work. Called at… 4:15 and assured still coming but my engineer did tend to run little bit late on his jobs. When he arrived at 6:30 told me he had to go to an emergency and my job was removed from him only for him to find it added again after 6:00. Understand emergencies

We wanted to move our hot water cylinder and emergency boilers to a different location on our middle floor. After receiving few quotes we chose to go with Your Heat as they were very responsive, pro-active and offered a reasonable price and reassurance regarding quality. Communication and booking was very smooth and easy. The works have been completed on time as agreed and to a very high standard. I have had a great experience with Your Heat. Their prompt and efficient service is the best I have ever had.
My boiler stopped working on Saturday morning probably the worst time for it to breakdown! After a quick call to Your Heat and running through some troubleshooting over the phone, the engineer, Dan, managed to attend my house later that day. Boiler back up and running within 30 minutes!
This company is showing the competition how it is done! I would not think of any one else for my boiler service and maintenance needs!

A personal recommendation led us to Your Heat. Overall, the can-do manner and quick turnaround of a quote for new boiler and a not-so-straightforward installation convinced us to choose the company for the job. Better still, Adam and Lily arrived and quickly sorted out a previous erratic system to leave us with a brand new piece of kit and pipework that provides perfectly on the CH/HW front. Had a number of clarifications in choosing who to go with when selecting a company to replace my boiler and Your Heat were both good value when compares to the big players, responsive in their answers to queries and when it came to the install provided an excellent level of service. Am extremely happy with the new boiler and the works done by Dave who was great and very respectful of me working from home and having kids being schooled from home. Tom was professional and knowledgeable when carrying out the original survey, and we received a detailed quote very quickly. The price compared favourably with the other quotes we had arranged, so it was their professional manner which sealed the deal.
The fitter, Lee Parker, arrived promptly on both days and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work. He was very professional, left all areas clean and tidy and was courteous at all times. He and his apprentice were a credit to the company. I highly recommend them.

Tom & Tom from 'your heating Ltd' replaced our boiler last year, they didn't have this page then but they did a great job. They helped us chose the right boiler for us and installed it without any fuss and minimal disruption. Today they completed the one year service and again they showed great professionalism and high standards by arriving on… time, taking their shoes off at the front door and most importantly making sure they signed off the service in the service manual. They even offered advice about the water temperature to aid in economic usage. The lads are polite and well mannered

I can't recommend your heat Ltd enough, they installed a new boiler for me within days of me giving them notice. They were professional, polite, hard working and very tidy. I have already discussed having them back to install a radiator and bathroom suite. I wouldn't use anyone else apart from your heat ltd
