We have been renovating an old farmstead for the past three years using OHI. Mike managed to replicate the original windows from some old aerial photos and they transformed the look of the house. Simon has a great flare for design as well as managing the renovations so, knowing my taste, was able to make suggestions when I was struggling for inspiration. We shall be using them again for more work we want doing in the future.

We have now had Oakham Home Improvements carry out 3 projects and it gets better and better!! Double glazing - looks brilliant, Kitchen - most recent and not only looks amazing but makes it a pleasure to work in there. But the top item was the conservatory, this saved a house move to a bigger property!! It looks stunning. The teams work hard, turn up on time, always offer advice and always clean up. Mike and Simon were brilliant. Would I recommend? Most definitely!!

Having used OHI to install a bathroom in my previous house and both a bathroom and doors in my existing house I have always found them to be a very professional company and Simon in particular a pleasure to deal with.They offer a very high standard of work and are always on time for meetings and sympathetic to design ideas.For myself they are a "go to" company and I highly recommend them.

I would totally recommend Oakham Home Improvements to anyone wanting a first class service. When we moved to Oakham a few years ago our neighbours recommended them and we have not been disappointed. From the initial contact through to completion Simon and his team have been very professional and always put the customers needs first.
One of their best qualities is that there are no ‘add-on’s’, so there is no “that will extra” or excuses. It seems rare these days to have the level of communication from the company, so you are kept up-to-date before, during and after the work is completed

From my first phone call to Mike Elkins at the beginning of this year (2020) to completion, I cannot fault them. I was initially recommended by a friend in Oakham who had, had work done and was thrilled.
Well I am too.
Nine windows later, two doors, two cupboards re-jigged, outside lights and a beautiful porch. Mikes lads, two of them being Chris and Luke that work for him are a credit to him and his company as are the others guys too.
Covid19 held us all up! but I was kept informed
