Services
We provide an architectural service predominantly on residential projects and some small commercial projects for extensions alterations and new builds. We tackle anything from a simple new entrance porch, new garage up to new build developments and bespoke new houses. We also have experience of working in conservation areas and listed buildings.
Once the scheme or design has been agreed and the relevant planning approval received, detailed working drawings are required. There are drawings taken to the next level of information, used as a construction guide, for tendering the project to contractors and submitted to the building control department for approval.
In addition to working on projects for our own private clients, we also from time to time work on behalf of other Architectural companies or developers and house builders.
Generally, our work of this type would be producing working drawing and production information packages, these projects tend to be much larger residential developments, anything from 3 to 200 plus houses and flats, mixed tenures of social, shared ownership and private dwellings.At times we will be working as part of a team or required to take the lead on a job.
