Competitive prices and good products, had both windows and a new front door over the years. Just one issue was their responsiveness when an issue arose, it took two phone calls and an email followed up by a personal visit to their office to get the fitters back 11 months on. Would I use them again? Yes, better the devil you know!

I have had a quote from many different window service providers in Sheffield and ACA was the best one (price wise, fitting process and communication) by far. I have got emailed the quote they promised me they would sent (unlikewise most of the other quoters who never got back to us) and have already contracted the fitting. Will feedback again after the fitting. So far my husband and I are very happy with all the service provided! The fitting was done on the day agreed and we are getting quotes from ACA to change our doors now. We ever so happy with the service! Highly recommend!!!

I too have concerns about their after sales service The quality of product and fitting was first class, but, although I spent quite a lot of money with themselves and was ready to place more orders, they failed to reply to our many calls regarding a faulty glass unit, they always promised to send someone out by never did, I had the rest of the work done by NuLife and they also replaced the faulty unit free off charge. First class service.

Appaling customer service.
5yrs on & having to constantly phone to have them to come out to do remedial work(& them not showing up or promising to phone back but never do) that has been ongoing all this time (or finishing things that were never finished in the 1st place). Phoned today, again, to be told they are no longer trading under ACA as this was wound up a couple of years back & making out the work they have done was 'goodwill'. So why do ACA still exist?....
Do not touch them with a bargepole!

This is not a review of the windows ACA supply but is a review of how they fit them.
I'm not a customer of ACA but I did get an idea of how they work this afternoon. They were repairing a shop window on Chesterfield Road and choose to do the job on a Saturday afternoon, possibly one of the busiest and most inconvenient times of day.
They parked on double yellow lines and blocked either side of the van with barriers which forced me, my 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son to run along one lane of a very busy road to get past. Not very considerate. The path wasnt closed because they were moving

Had windows fitted by them, supposed to be on a specific date to tie In with roofing work, apparently the windows weren't made in time. Eventually able fo fit it (luckily roofer had been delayed by bad weather, otherwise it would have caused loads of problems) there was something missing off the dormer window which they never mentioned, my roofer pointed it out to me then they claimed they knew about it and we're going to fit it later (but hadn't mentioned it to me... Yeah right). Left interiors of Windows messy and covered in glue. They apologised and I gave them a second chance and let them install

ACA replaced all the windows and doors at my houses: in addition they also carried out roofing work.
From the outset I was extremely impressed with their service. The gent who conducted the survey was attentive to my requirements and made many helpful suggestions as to how the glazing could be improved. The quote was highly competitive and the installation was first class. The lads who carried out the installation were professional and courteous at all times. I would recommend this firm without reservation.

ACA beat all competitors price wise and were the only company to confidently take on some odd clover shaped windoes we have. We got all our windows and doors done by them and we are extremely pleased with the finish. The after care was fab, as a fussy customer I wanted everything just right and they happily obliged. I've already reccomended to friends and they are thrilled with theirs as well. ACA are a no nonsense, get the job done company who went above and beyond with our house. Thanks Alan and co!!

They recently replaced all the glass panes in my current property. I got quotes from 4 local companies and they were the cheapest and could start the soonest. The fitters were punctual, friendly and the whole fitting was done in couple hours (only a terrace house though). It was a straight forward and hassle free process. I would use their services again.
