My experience with the this company is bad. I cancelled my repair policy but they went ahead and collected money from my account which they refused to pay back.
I had a boiler service and the pressure was high after a week or too when I phoned to get it sorted I was fined off in the end they were avoiding my calls promising to call back and they never did.
So disappointed with the service i received
