We were impressed with Lee, and the speed in receiving our quote. The engineers Trevor & Ryan were at all times, courteous and on time. Carried out the job with efficiency & consideration of our house and possessions. Unfortunately the 1st Boiler was faulty and had to be replaced. Considering this was over the Christmas period. Every call and visit,the installation of the replacement boiler. We were kept 'in the picture' at all times

When the old 30+ year old boiler dies just before Christmas it's never a good thing! We had British Gas out plus Aquaheat to give us quotes.
Aquaheat's reviews were glowing and the gut feeling was good.
Lee form Aquaheat came out to do the quote. He's a great front man for his company. His knowledge and experience really came through and he provided a very thorough breakdown of what he proposed to do if he got the job. He was very transparent about the whole thing and made it clear there would be no hidden extras added on at the end. After the visit, he reiterated this in the written quote.

I was immensely impressed when the first visit was made to assess and quote for a new boiler installation in our very large house. The quote was fair (not the cheapest) and my expectations of AQUAHEAT were high. The installation was without any drama and so pleasing to witness such immaculate work, extremely pleasant engineers. At every stage great care was taken to ensure exceptional cleanliness. My high expectations were exceeded. I cannot fault AQUAHEAT.

Very impressed with the service from Aquaheat for a new boiler- from the initial assessment and quote from Lee who provided just the right level of information needed to make an informed decision, to the installation from Stephen and Dan who did an amazing job fitting everything in a day, were so considerate to the property and checked absolutely everything was working before they left. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided…and we now have a beautifully toasty house!

Finding decent honest trades is getting ever harder these days but Aquaheat have to be one of if not the best and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From my initial contact with the admin team which were very professional and helpful, then having Lee coming out to my property and giving so much good advice as well as his time and effort to ensure my new boiler installation was the best it could be.
I then had the Pleasure of Brad carrying out various repiping jobs around my house to ensure the new boiler location in the new extension of my house would work.

We received incredible service from Aquaheat whilst upgrading to a new combi boiler system and having all of our radiators replaced. Felix and Ryan were professional, courteous and hardworking throughout and always turned up on time with a smile. The work was completed to a very high standard and everything was cleaned up and disposed of at the end of the job. They were no bother to have in the house for four days; always friendly and polite, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others. Felix has even offered to come back and complete an additional small job for us later on in the

We have had a new boiler and water pump replaced. The whole process from Lee visiting to advise and prepare a quote to completion could not have been easier. No hard selling for things you don’t want or need. The communication and customer service has been outstanding. The engineers, Clinton and Matt were really friendly and professional. They carried out such a tidy job and took the time to explain how the new boiler worked etc before they left. Such a refreshing change to engage with a company who clearly care for their customers.
