After several years of carrying out an annual service on my boiler and just after a service, it was condemned by Stewarts. They then recommended removal my immersion tank & boiler, to be replaced with a new baxi combi. Since then i have had continual problems, where the bolier has struggled with the size of my house (4 bedroom 2 public rooms). Boiler also constantly losing pressure. Since then I've had a proper plumbing specialst say Stewarts should never have fitted a combi boiler (and removed the tank), especially a boiler of this capacity in my home.

TLDR: I have to thank Stewarts for having such poor service, genuinely...
...it made me look else where and now I have a 5 star Company looking after my Central Heating System.

So I called 3 times only to have my call cut off, fourth try I got through to an answering machine so i left all my details.
1 week later still no reply (we were in no rush as we had another 4 weeks on the annual service). So I called again and got cut off 4
...it made me look else where and now I have a 5 star Company looking after my Central Heating System.

After moving in to a new home 2.5 years ago the shower enclosure has only just been replaced. We have had nothing but problems with the shower enclosure. I can't fault the workers who have come out to do the work, but the shower was initially installed very badly. Repeated problems with the door not staying shut. 6 weeks we had no shower at one point and the office would only send out someone in a Saturday for some reason when i am home every day. Wrong parts ordered.

We have used this company since we moved into our new build 6 years ago. Their service team are always reliable. However, a particular thanks to Scott for his help this weekend. Exemplary customer service, prompt, friendly, quick and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a trustworthy plumbing company.
