I hope their actual job of installing it’s better than their appalling driving!!! Extreme tailgating seems to be their favourite!!! They seem to be forgetting that the company name is advertised all over their vans!!!

Had 4 quotes for a new CH system and DK heating was both good value and instilled a high level trust due to their knowledge and the time taken to appraise our current system. They arrived early, worked hard and stayed late to get the job done quickly over the weekend while we were away. Their work was of a high quality, abd they were polite and tidy. Very lucky to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I am sorry to read your review as we at D+K Heating pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide.
I would just like to correct a few points. Firstly the engineer did not say he finished at 4 he was actually in the area well after 6.30pm. The problem he encountered was when he tried to remove the pump he realised he also needed valves which he did not have so rather than start he explained he would be back on Monday and tested the system was working before he left. We did not receive a further call to say it wasn't working until Saturday and our on call
