We recently used the superb service of Britannia Sandersteads and found the removal staff to be very punctual, professional, courteous and extremely efficient, with the removal to our new home.
In all, the removal boys had to handle and load around 70 boxes (as well as furniture) from our previous home, but they all worked extremely hard throughout, swiftly/carefully unloading everything off their large vehicle upon arrival at our new house, following which all items were found to be undamaged.
The Admin staff, who dealt with our booking and pre-removal paperwork etc, were equally professional

They appeared professional but were appalling, damaging our antiques and pictures. They would not stay past 4:30pm when our access was delayed to 4:45pm, we were left with the clothes we stood in for nearly a week. We were then charged nearly £2000 to get our possessions back. I would not recommend them.

We were delighted with the professional service we had over our 3-day removal with Britannia Sandersteads. All furniture and boxes were handled with care during the move. The were some tricky large items that needed particular care and attention and the team did a quality job. The Team Leader, Martin, was superb and led his teams in a very calm and effective manner. I would strongly recommend this excellent BAR company. Thank you all for making a complex move possible!

We used Britannia Sandersteads for our relocation (London to Derbyshire). It was worth every penny we spent. The team were hard-working, professional, friendly, accommodating and always helpful. Despite very hot weather and awful traffic, they soldiered on without a word of complaint. We needed to move furniture, clothes, artworks, books, vinyl records and a lot of garden plants, and they dealt with it all in a cheerful and positive way. Highly recommended, would definitely use the company again.

Overall the people that moved us were personable and willing to discuss and help us in decisions about what items went where. There was some concerns expressed about the weight of a few boxes and there were some doubts as to whether two people was a sufficient number to move our belongings from a two storey house with three bedrooms kitchen and lounge. We were moving from Greater London to Greater Manchester, and generally the drop off the following morning in Greater Manchester went better than the pick up from Greater London. This was also reflected in comments made by the senior member of the

After our call the surveyor attended a few days later and during their visit advised us on the methods they use on the day packing and conditions of service. This was very helpful as we were exchanging and completing on the same day. The removal staff had a can do attitude and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend Britannia removals.
