In summary, our order looks nice but delivery, faults and build quality are all poor. I wish I'd gone somewhere else.
I ordered a wood store and coal bunker totalling over £500. Both were delivered to the wrong address (right number, wrong street), partially blocking the drive of a house a few hundred metres away, with ones price arriving the next day to the right address. I called RCGF and they offered me £20 in compensation if I shifted it myself.
3 hours later, and once unpacked, the coal bunker had gap at the top of the front panel you can't see in their images online (I'm waiting

Thanks to the ladies who sorted out my log store with the greatest of efficiency. With an urgency to complete before disappearing abroad it was no problem and all now in place for my return. The product is great - exactly as stated and very easy to assemble. Great product and great service - very refreshing in our world today.

Very shoddy. It took three weeks for the garden shed to arrive. When it did, two of the pieces were missing and two other pieces were damaged. I was told that the damaged pieces would be replaced and the missing pieces delivered. Since then I have had to contact the company five times over the last six weeks and the issue still isn't resolved. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I've asked for a full refund.

Ordered a Sculptured Pergola, a non standard size. The price was very little difference to the standard price.
Delivery was good and the pergola was very well packaged in small easily handled packages. The construction was made very easy with all markings already made as to where each piece fitted.
I would thoroughly recommend Rutland Garden Furniture.
