Stay away from this con man ,he is in amazon and will not take responsibility for a rug bobbling after 4 months , we are an elderly couple no pets no children , bought rug for new bungalow and he is stating we have not looked after it from one photo to getvout of refund!! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Appalling company. Bought a rug that arrived faulty and the seller will not let me return it. Told me to return at my cost then sent me an email threatening to visit my home to check the rug for himself!! I will contact police immediately if this happens. I'd advise people to claim back through their bank if they paid by card as you're covered. That's what I plan to do.
DEFINITELY AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOEN!!

Absolutely appalling.
This is the second time I have had problems with this company.
Thought I would give them a second chance.
Delivery this time was delayed twice and then I was informed that " The courier has lost your order". ( Same message as my first order)
Please do not be misled by these people

My First Rug didn't turn up. At first it was hard to get a response other than someone had signed for it. Eventually we found the couriers were at fault, once that was sorted Lord of Rugs contacted me to tell me they were sending a new one out with a different courier. It has arrived and it is beautiful, soft, luxurious and the perfect colour. Thank you.
