Had my AEG washer Dryer fixed under warranty with D&G earlier this week. Took 3 weeks between initial case being raised, 1st onsite assessment and then fix completion. To be fair I did need a completely new drum, element, seals ordering up. Timing my availability with the final engineers schedule was a pickle, but both sides so I can forgive that. The engineer who came this week was brilliant, talked us through exactly what he was doing and why. He turned up wearing a mask, observed all the social distancing, we opened windows for airflow etc. He also fixed an issue with the wiring around the dryer

Our nearly brand new washing machine broke a few weeks after our son was born - he is now two months old and the washing machine is still broken. It took 10 days for AEG to send someone out to look at it - Respond Services have been hopeless, we've had two engineers over 3 visits. The engineers appear to disagree on what the problem is, so the latest visit came to 'I'll write a report' and get the other engineer to look at it. We just want the bloody thing fixed. Terrible service - avoid avoid

Horrendous service. Booked in one week ago for my dishwasher to be fixed on 23/12 under warranty. The engineer called me on the same day to tell me he does not do dishwashers and that I had to call the team. The team (Michelle, terrible customer service...) could not find a date so I had to call the company that made the dishwasher to book another appointment on 5th Jan. I called back to move it earlier (as you would expect, since they are the ones that made a mistake) and they told me they cannot move anything around. I asked for the situation to be escalated and I have been told that no director

Needed an out of warranty repair on an induction hob with cracked glass. The service was organised by the manufacturer (AEG) for a fixed price for labour and parts. Unfortunately the first visit was rescheduled on the day as the engineer hadn't received the new glass yet. The second visit went ahead as planned. The engineer apologised for needing to reschedule and carried out the repair and tested everything very quickly (<10 mins). Highly recommend.

The engineer does not attend the repair at 1st appointment, no call, no apology, no action to remedy the fault. 2nd visit does not diagnose the problem and gone. If u call for follow-up, they will schedule for another 2 weeks. Even if it is under Electrolux fixed price repair, you are given a long queue so that you will give up. Waste of time, should give zero rating

I was sent an engineer under warranty via RSL contracts who I originally bought our washing machine from. Not only did we have to wait 3 weeks for the repair service but when the engineer did arrive he was so incredibly rude, aggressive and unresponsive. I felt incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable with this sort of attitude/man in my own home, especially as a young woman. I really hope that you as the company can take action to offer a professional SAFE service that should not feel threatening in your own home.

Awful, if I could leave 0 start I would. They cancelled several consecutive appointments repaired the machine only for it to break and are cancelling appointment after appointment when all they have to do is attend and write the machine off a d have left me without a washing machine for the best part of 2 months. AWFUL and incompetent. If you can avoid them, then do

Pathetic service, called the agent to have my dishwasher control panel replaced. I had to call a premium number to confirm that my part was ordered and will come with the engineer. For this luxury the lady put me on hold while she update the nots of the previous call. How is this even professional that I pay for the receptionist to put me on hold for 3 min?? This is not a 1 off as Iade 3 calls to the same receptionist to ensure that the worker comes with my dishwasher control panel.

I do not recommend this company at all, in fact I think the reputation of the washing machine brand is at stake due to the poor service from the repair company, I would not recommend using them.
The engineer came out after a lengthy call which cost me over £30.00!!!! The engineer advised me the problem was fixed but it wasn't so I had to call again to re-book.
I work full time in an office around 30 minutes away from my home and you can only offer week day repairs with a 3 hour time slot advised the day before. I don't know about anyone else but not all companies allow time off on that short
