The service engineer, ( His name was Len and the job number was 3556869) who came out to my new Zanussi washing machine was excellent in ever way possible. He treated me with respect, and. Keith, phoned ahead, kept us informed, on time. Fixed the washing machine, full explanation of problem and advice for the future use of appliance.
Another excellent service provided by 0800 Repair. The engineer Rob explained what the problem was and was able to put the issue right with minimum fuss and now we have the dishwasher operating properly again. Tony Russell came to fix my dishwasher, he came at the time he said he would and was very friendly and polite, he fixed the dish washer easily and also fixed the door.
Chris Pinder carried out repair work on my AEG Electic cooker, it was a burnt out main oven element that he replaced. He also noted that the main oven door seal was defective and due. At 0800 Repair we have a network of professionally qualified engineers up and down the UK performing cooker repairs each and every day of the week.
John came at very short notice to repair our seemingly totally defunct tumble dryer and did a superb job. Very happy with 0800 Repair. Excellent proficient service from all. Particularly happy with the engineer, Chris, who was very; skilled, friendly, and efficient. Although not everyone will have a tumble dryer those who do appreciate how much help they give when it comes to drying their clothes.

Engineer never called with time slot as stated in email from this company, and turned up outside my house with no communication, even though I texted him a contact number! He wasn't prepared to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive and let him in. Shocking customer service.

One star is even to high for this company. Absolutely shocking service. "Can't Park". You mean can't be bothered to get out of the van to go to the concierge as arranged to collect a permit. Cancelled and then refused to answer their phone

Absolutely awful. They installed our boiler. The pipe they were meant to come back and sort back in march. Of course didn't cause any issues going into the warmer weather. Now been without heating and hot water for over a month. Everytime I ring they say I'll get a call back which never happens. Have now reported to gassafe. Have two children under the age of 4 aswell. Ideal even came out as they refused to come before they'd been and they've said the people who installed it need to come and sort the pipe. Awful company

Engineer came out on 8th November and said he would order a part to be sent in the post however nothing arrived for over a month, phoned to chase up and then the part was sent out to me, first person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant but when I called again another day to chase up and the 2nd person was not pleasant and made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Replacement parts finally delivered 6 weeks after Engineer visit.

Couldn’t fault this service I had for my leaking boiler. Gavin very professional, kept me up to date with estimated arrival time. Two problems to fix. Managed the first one as carried the new part. Had to order the second part. Within 2 days back to complete job. All good round service. Well done 👏👏

We used this service via AEG, for an out of warranty fridge repair back in May. We simply required a door handle to be looked at. Somehow engineers broke our temperature panel, and then our inside light, resulting in the food going off. Never been soo disappointed with a company before. There are apparently no records of any of these repairs on their system. Ninety percent of the customer service staff are rude and unhelpful and the worst part is they accept no liability for our repair. We spent a lot of money on our fridge and can’t get a refund from them or AEG as our story does not match theirs

Engineer failed to turn up. No contact from company, only by calling them to query. Day at home wasted. No assistance with obtaining refund. Hours spent on telephone trying to obtain. Week later operator hangs up when I ask for contact details of supervisor or someone to assist! Then on next call, told can’t speak to supervisor. Still no refund. Avoid!
