My oven door wouldn't close and after trying to fix it myself I thought I'd ruined it and needed a new one. Rang them and they said an engineer would ring me Monday. Amir the engineer actually rang about an hour later and asked for photos, then he rang back and asked if he could come and look before he ordered the part. He fixed it within 10 minutes!! Lovely, polite guy and very professional and honest. Fantastic service! Would definitely recommend. Thank you 🙏
