You went above and beyond to source the appliances I wanted in very tight timescales, however was unable to fulfil the order due to availability and delivery of items from the manufacturers in the timeframe I required (before Christmas). I have bought numerous appliances from Sam @ RGA appliances over the years. The first washing machine I bought lasted 17 years! Recently I needed my appliances disconnecting and reconnecting in order to install flooring, and Sam's guys were very helpful and professional. As usual with RGA, the price was extremely competitive. If you want good products and services at a good price, RGA are the guys to call.

RGA replaced our washing machine on behalf of the landlord and did a great, professional job. The guys were in and out within 10 minutes and took care of the old machine, staying to ensure the new machine was set up properly before they let. Despite being the last job of the day they sorted it out and brought good vibes too. Would happily recommend!

We went with RGA because we wanted to go with a local company. They claimed full delivery and installation was included in the price. We ordered a fridge, a washing machine and a cooker - having just moved house we had no appliances. The cooker (which I overpaid since he had to order from another store) had a big chip on the paintwork and the wrong power cable attached. The man installing the gas hobs came with no gas detector and was looking for washing up liquid (which I didn't have as I'd just moved) to test for leaks! He didn't have all the right connectors to install the washing
