I had a really positive experience. Phoned this morning and got an appointment this afternoon, received a text confirming the time window and Rafiq arrived in it. He was quick, polite, tidy and very helpful. He identified the problem, had the spare part in his van and completed the replacement without any fuss. I paid by card and immediately received an emailed invoice and receipt. I was very impressed with this incredibly efficient service and recommend this company. Thank you!

The Engineer that I spoke was extremely kind to give me advice to hopefully prevent me having to arrange a call out. He was most helpful and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Seriously impressed by speed of response, Rafiq had turned up within 30 minutes of my call. V friendly and professional, will use again. Unlike my washer dryer...Rafiq quickly identified the problem but advised its age didn't justify more money being thrown at it. Good advice, very happy with new one I've bought.

I have bought a stand mixer last year November . A Kenwood KMX754PP. I have been using it since then . A couple of weeks ago the mixer detached from the counter while in use and fell off as the stabilisers have lost their normal function after 7months of purchase .
I contacted customer service for a solution (replacement or repair ) but nothing was offered to me other than an irresponsive and unprofessional attitude . No suggestions ,no solutions , no communication skills .
The customer service at this shop is managed by a bunch of kids. What a waste if money !

Unbelievably responsive and fairly priced. Our oven blew and needed repair. They came out the next day and fixed it on site. I’ve used them multiple times and referred them to anyone I know. It’s hard to find trustworthy and responsive repair professionals—-but that’s exactly what this company is. Thank you so much!! Really appreciate it.

Quick response to my message,
came next day and diagnosed a potential fault (door lock) faulty as the washing machine wasn't performing as it should.
Let me know the cost to replace the lock I was in half a mind to do it or not as the w/m is six years old at least however gave go ahead
Engineer came back a couple of day's later fitted it and touch wood all seems ok
In this case better than changing the unit and will hopefully keep it going for some time
Would recommend these guys and I like communication is good and turn up when they say they will etc

Responsive and prompt in arranging the work. But did not fix the oven, having charge me £150, it was still not useable. They ignored my attempts to contact them, and when they were prompted to reply refused to come and fix the oven without another call out fee of £85. Took my money without fixing it, and then claimed there was a new issue even though we were unable to use the oven once after their visit.

I can’t believe how quickly they responded to my request and attend. When I called siemens they said it would be 2 weeks for the first appointment. This company came the same day I called them! Fantastic service and extremely polite. I would definitely call them again for any of my appliance problems.
