They came over the other day to fix our oven and they did a great job. Professional, prompt and reliable. The engineer did a great job. They have also fixed appliances for us before. Never had any problems with them.

An absolutely disgusting service they charged me £35 for a call out fee when they came they ask questions and did no diagnostic checks to see what was wrong with the fridge he also said they can't guarantee that when they fix it is going to stay fixed he suggested i go to their shop and choose a replacement fridge shop and deduct the 35 call out charge from the price of the secondhand replacement. when I go to the shop they tried to charge me an extra no £130 for a second hand fridge is not worth the money and I can get a brand new one with a little top up for £50 or more they're scamming people

I bought a brand new cooker from them I've had it for 4 days the oven doesn't work properly and they won't change it I wouldn't recommend this shop for anybody don't waste your money

Charged a £70 call out fee when I live less than 100m from their store and the attempt to repair my fridge took less than 2 minutes (they instantly said it was beyond repair). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Rude and unhelpful , don’t waste your money or breath use dom electrical instead , costs a little more but they don’t treat you like you don’t matter , charges call out fees to come 1000m down the road , best avoided

My mother needed her fridge repaired and they were unable to repair the fridge and charged her significant amounts of money without returning to fix the problem. Do not enter their shop, they will definitely take you for a ride. You have been warned.
