So disappointed with this company. It takes ages to pin them down for a date for the work to be done, then this is postponed again and again. They eventually installed the flooring in my bedrooms but I am still waiting for them to do my landing (yet again, more postponements).
I can't understand why they have such organisational problems. An awful way to treat customers.

Great company to deal with.Visiting their showroom is quite an experience. I have never seen so much reclaimed wood. They managed to source exactly what we needed and it was built exactly as we requested. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable team. Would use them again.

I had an order agreed with these guys. On the day I was due to pick up the order, they cancelled, saying that a bigger order had come in and was the priority. This hit my programme of work in my house, I had to cancel other trades. Shame on you. This is no way to treat people. First time I have ever had to leave a bad review on here.
