DTA Construction contract in Local Industrial premises undertaking all aspects of building works from concrete roads to drainage and building maintenance. We also contract for Local Housing Authorities where we complete empty and void property works and full refurbishments. Here you can see the work undertaken at a chemical works where we rebuilt a number of concrete manholes that had collapsed.

From repairing or replacing timber lintels, beams and joists to dismantling and rebuilding brick and stonework, we ensure that your property remains safe and sound. This was a job involving renewing and replacing parts of the roof and window supports where the original wood had rotted. The roof hip was scarf jointing to renew the area of roof valley and window lintels replaced with steel (treble skin).
Our core drills have the ability to drill either wet or dry and can drill any wall from 30mm up to 250mm and up to a depth of 750mm. We were commissioned to change the air conditioning units in a hotel where the old units needed to be removed and decommissioned and new units fitted. New holes were core drilled through brick and block work walls from 30mm up to 160mm to fit the pipework.

Having had our plans for an extension and subsequently obtaining planning permission, I then had to find the right people to undertake our project.
I met with three different builders and I was left with a big decision to make. Cost was obviously important but being comfortable with someone and trusting them to undertake our project was my primary concern. I recently wanted an extension doing on my house. I wanted to make it into a gaming and movie room at first i really didn't know what needed doing. I looked on the internet to find good builders in Widnes near me. Dave from DTA construction came out and explained clearly how everything would work such as the wiring and windows. The job got done perfectly and i was really happy. I would really recommend DTA construction to anyone who would want any building projects doing.
