Phil Spackman Pest Control

Prompt and courteous reply from Phil to say he was fully booked but was able to recommend us someone (Will) who was excellent.

I contacted Phil in December and he visited on three separate occasions. He put poison down to kill rats and did nothing else. He was very moody and arsy on his third visit which perhaps lasted about 5 minutes only. On every occasion I have been extremely welcoming. The issue with rats did not go away and as advised by Phil, I contacted Phil in January requesting him to come again. He promised to come and did not. I then texted him again but he wanted more money to come despite previously telling me that he works on a no win no fee basis. In December he gave me his word saying he will return as

Had a rat come through my loft into my bedroom!! A horrible experience especially as It was late at night whilst I was sleeping and woken by the noise and sighting of a rat running around my bedroom.
Called Phil left a message he got back to me soon as , we arranged a time he came on time.
Phil has a dog which With in seconds found where the rat was hiding, the rat must have escaped and got out my house some how thank god for that. Phil's dog found all the places it had been at namely inside my cupboard in one of the drawers his dog pointed us to the exact location where it had been very clever

Well what can you say about Phil..a nice guy who comes out when he says he will & reassures you that he can solve your problem of unwanted intruders & makes you feel confident that he will. He talks you through what will happen & carries out the work professionally along with a great sense of humour which makes you less anxious about the whole process. His costs are very reasonable & he goes about his work with great passion & knowledge..so you learn something too! Rang Phil concerning a rat problem & he arrived within the hour. He was friendly & really helpful & reassuring & the price was a lot more reasonable than the large companies I'd asked for quotes. I'd definitely recommend Phil unreservedly.

What a top bloke. Really efficient at dealing with our bedbug issue, even spent time describing how they live and grow to cause problems. Fascinating insight into a pest control business. Fast response to the initial request and then returned to treat the replacement headboard to ensure we didn’t get a reoccurrence. Can’t recommend Phil highly enough.... if I ever get any pest issues I’ll be in touch for sure.

Phil came out quickly on 2 occasions; once to sort mice at my flat, and another time to sort wasps at our house. He dealt with my panic, and the intruders in a calm and professional manner - definitely recommend! Thank you!
