I recently purchased tiles for my bathroom. The tiles are wonderful and Elite came highly recommended , however I was refused a refund today due to covid- suppliers not accepting returns, which I dont feel is my problem As I am a customer of elite not the suppliers. I was also told that they couldnt re-sell my tiles as the batch numbers would be… different to what they had already ordered in. This wasnt made clear to me at the point of purchase and when questioning the amount of tiles I was sold I was told i would be able to return what I didnt use. This now is not the case and I'm left
