In 2003, Garry Cammidge our founder and Managing Director formed Ceramic Tile Merchants, with the aim of providing a broad range of quality tiles and natural stone. Over the last 17 years we have continued to source new tiles and develop our portfolio by supplying a variety of prestigious projects, both locally and nationally which has bolstered our reputation as a reliable source for quality and service.

Purchased tiles that were displayed in the store and ordered the tiles when they were delivered the tiles were far too big, the tiles on display in the store had been cut to fit the display and this was not mentioned at the time of purchase. very disappointed with lack of communication and when I went back to the store they said the size was displayed however I had taken it on face value and would not have purchased the tiles had i known they were so big. tiler was unable to use his tile cutter they were that big!

First Class. Expected to trawl all the tile shops looking for our demanding requirements. (I don't like being dragged around shops!). Luckily came here first. We came here last year, looking for tiles for our kitchen, and were very happy with the service. Craig did an excellent job looking after us and seemed to have endless patience for our indecision.
We were so happy we came straight here recently to sort out a bathroom, and its just as good this time. I highly recommend trying here if you need good advice on your tiling!

I know Ceramic Tile Merchants well and have bought tiles for them for my kitchen for both floor and walls. They have a modern showroom with a very wide selection of tiles and they seem to have everything you need for a tiling job like grouts, cutters spacers adhesives etc. For me though, what was really important was the advice in answering all the questions I had like the suitability of particular tiles and the sort of grout that was best for floor tiles etc etc. The staff were experienced and very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my problems and answered all my questions. I was recomended to Gary at the Ceramic Tile Merchants by a friend of mine as we were looking for a specific type of tile for our kitchen.
