Appollo knows you put your safety in the company's hands, which is why all Appollo staff are fully trained, qualified gas installers. All of our products are supplied to government and legal safety standards.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction our time-served engineers are fully trained by the respective boiler manufacturers in the latest installation and maintenance techniques for the advanced systems that we supply and fit. This training is in addition to the Gas Safe Accreditations held by our staff.

Changed batteries in the programmer & showed my mother a reset lever. Took about 6/8 mins & over _80 charge!! The batteries were my mothers too. What an extortionate fee!!!

They were able to give me a service date the same week I contacted them and on the day that best suited me. Had their engineers service our fire and boiler. Arrived on time, friendly, efficient, tidy and offered advice about our unusual system.

Really unimpressed with this company and feel very ripped off. £82 call out fee to look at boiler. Told both the board and user control need replacing (and this is written on receipt).
When I said I would get the work done elsewhere, as their price was extortionate, they said couldn’t really be sure it was the board and wouldn’t be liable if it… wasn’t – yet still charged the call-out fee for the diagnosis, despite having failed, by definition, to have diagnosed the fault in telling me they weren’t sure what it was (and given they were wrong, see below

The week before Christmas appollo were contacted regarding no heating at a vulnerable disabled adults home. They said they would attend that day as it was urgent. They knew at 8:30Am that the adult had no heating from the previous evening. By 4:15pm we had received no contact so we rang for update and after a series of calls to establish where the… emergency engineer was were told just before 5pm that they would not be able to fix until the following afternoon. After discussions they revised this to the following morning. Absolutely the worst service especially as they were fully aware of

Very poor customer service. Engineer didn’t turn up for first appointment as they forgot to “assign” the job. Charged £70 to visit and advised me to “see how it goes”. Problem got worse and Engineer didn’t turn up for next appointment as called in sick but company showed no understanding of frustration caused by taking more time off work. Arranged for someone to let them in as I was away for work but they insisted I pay immediately without being able to check repair had been completed. Cancelled job and put phone down on me when I explained I would pay as soon as I got back (3 days

Having had an absolutely terrible experience with a well-known boiler company who carried out our boiler service for us, we decided to go on recommendation from a friend and try Appollo Gas for a new boiler. They were spot on from the start, really friendly and explaining all the options for a boiler install. I opted for a Worcester wtih an extended 12 year warranty - it's a beautiful piece of kit. Installation was quick and painless and the lads even cleaned up after themselves! Very pleased with the outcome.

I found Appollo through the British Gas local hero site. Requested a visit at 08:07, was contacted 30 minutes later. Appointment arranged immediately and Shaun arrived by 10:10, calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.
Problem diagnosed immediately. Very helpful and professional. Offered very sound advice and possible outcomes if the fix was not effective as the boiler and system are getting on a bit.
Work was done thoroughly, carefully and cleanly. I cannot fault any part of the service offered from the website to Shaun arriving and fixing the problem - which was a depressurised expansion

Felt something was was missing ! Compared to previous guy who serviced boiler (but not able to contact now ? ) just didn' t seem as thorough. I maybe feeling that having found a problem they didn't pursue it along with the service. To me if you are servicing a product and there are additional issues you fix them if simple within the service price or more serious give a quote for additional fix and deduct part of service cost against new work. Still waiting for a Gas Safety Cert. Which I thought was a legal requirement ? At 84 pound it's easy work and quick turnover. Got to get their money flowing

I rang this morning as an emergency due to no heating or water for 5 days had been let down over last few days from another large company they responded within 2 hours and I’m now back up and running very reasonable price and fantastic service. Highly recommend

Cannot fault the experience we had using Apollo Gas Services. We made the enquiry for work to be carried and within 40 minutes of doing so, an engineer who was in the area came to inspect what needed to be done. Two days later and the work was complete. Brilliant service from all involved! Thanks again.

I am well chuffed with the job that Appollo gas did for me, repairing the timer-box and a part on boiler. Detailed explanation given of what is wrong. Very caring and sympathetic and understood I had not long tiled, did their very best for me. The thing is their HONESTY!! They said what they were going to do, and when and they did it, and they give me a reasonable price. Thank you would recommend this firm, and will use again.
